Most of the local news agencies reported this morning that the Contralor General del Estado, Bladimiro Hernandez Diaz who was directed by the Governor to investigate the relationship between the Government of Baja California and the Hacking Team several days ago, finished his investigation muy pronto and has concluded that there was no relationship between the Government of Baja California and the Hacking Team. Nothing, nada, zip.
Further, the "investigation" is now closed.

Also in Edicion #2155 - when this edition went to press - Zeta reported there have been 320 executions/homicides in Tijuana since the beginning of the year, the vast majority of these of course due to drug trafficking. And since that report there have been more in Tijuana, Rosarito Beach and Mexicali. I'll be back with the details.
