Yesterday in the comments I mentioned the nurses over in Coronado were pretty pissed off over the ocean water contamination from the Tijuana sewage.
Yes, we did enter into an agreement with Mexico to help clean up this mess - $350 Million Dollars worth of help:

To my knowledge, there has been no coverage down here of the progress of this agreement, and it has been almost seven months. Not a peep.
