~ From CNN:

'Very Substantial Evidence' Trump Is 'Guilty of High Crimes and Misdemeanors,' House Judiciary Says
By, Kate Sullivan - 07/21/19

Of course he is guilty, but will he weasel his way out of it as he has done a million times before? Of course he will. Meanwhile, the absolute assault on Trump and his policies continues at a high clip...who knows for sure - maybe Melania will be air lifted out of the White House in a straight jacket after all !!! But sorry, I don't have my fingers crossed.

 The Stats Revisited.....

The last blog,  I posted that Zeta had reported June of this year ended with 217 executions in Tijuana.
Then ,Zeta's  July 17th report stating 132 executed  in Tijuana  so far this month of July bringing the YTD total to 1,231 dead in the city.

Since the 07/17 report, I have counted 17 more executed in the city, including the three heads and torsos and the Municipal Police officer killed this morning

But according to the Secretariado Ejecutivo del Systema Nacional de Seguridad Publica, June actually ended with 272 executed in Tijuana, a number which far surpasses the PGJE numbers by 55. The point is, it's a lot worse than most of us might have realized with additional executions in Ensenada, and a Ministerial Agent killed in Tecate in the past few days. And, you might be wondering, how many more months from this year alone were we given lower numbers of executions/intentional homicides in an effort just to keep the lid on so to speak? Particularly for the sake of tourism and real estate sales ?

UPDATE/EDIT - 07/23/19:

But hold on a minute, AMLO downplays the violence in Baja California. Well, if you feel comfortable camping out with your family in San Quintin, or any points north or south of that, by all means just go for it, because the new mantra now is that the violence is only in Tijuana.  When you're down that a way, keep in mind the entire area is the main drug route, and everyone wants to control it.

 ~ From Zeta:

En Tijuana Se "Concentra" Problema De Inseguridad Y Violencia, No En Todp BC, Afirma AMLO
Por, Carlos Alvarez - 07/23/2019

"President Andrés Manuel López Obrador acknowledged Tuesday, that in Tijuana the problem is "insecurity and violence," but that this is not a matter of all of Baja California.

"Indeed, in Tijuana, which is not all of Baja California, the problem is insecurity and violence we have more concentrated in Tijuana," said the president during his morning conference at the National Palace.

"On Monday, 68 homicides were registered in the country, so the average daily figure dropped," said the Tabasco politician, who added that there are 10 entities that "alter the average number of homicides."

The national president said that in Guanajuato, Baja California, the State of Mexico and Veracruz, the crime of manslaughter has decreased.

He added that after the rebound in insecurity in Tijuana, his Government is already counteracting him and is studying the deployment of more federal forces in the border city to try to reduce the number of homicides committed on the northern border.

The federal president said that the work of the three levels of government is also reflected in the reduction of other crimes, such as car theft, which, according to the report given by the Security Cabinet, has suffered a notable decrease.

"Just as we have not been able to reduce the incidence of homicides, we have significantly reduced vehicle theft," López Obrador added in his morning conference.

Yesterday, ZETA informed that in 18 of the 32 entities of the country there was an increase in the number of victims of murders, while in 14 states there was a detriment in homicides, during the first half of 2019, as reflected in the Map figures of Criminal Incidence of June, announced by the Executive Secretariat of the National Public Security System (SESNSP).

During June, the entities that accumulated the highest number of victims of manslaughter were Baja California, with 272; Guanajuato, with 248; Chihuahua, with 243; State of Mexico, with 228; Jalisco, with 226; Michoacán, with 175; Guerrero, with 171; Sonora, with 164; Veracruz, with 149, and Mexico City, with 143.

Kind of reminds me of "Jaws." But doesn't it leave you wondering what kind of a deal was made down in BCS, and who exactly made it.  Perhaps the same thing will happen up here, although no one will ever get rid of the dope, it's a billion dollar enterprise here to stay.
